In the latest online casino NZ news, iGaming giant Microgaming have stuck yet another important content supply partnership. The online casino software developer has pledged to provide its catalogue of industry leading content to Wheelz, a brand owned by world class operator Rootz. This means that the popular content created by the developer will now be made available on the Wheelz site, drastically improving the catalogue of games on offer.
This latest deal comes after the software giant indicated an intention of deepening ties with the operator, and is the latest development in a quickly blossoming corporate relationship. The two companies first joined forces back in 2019 but have come a long way in a relatively short time.
Shooting For The Stars
Having only been a part of the iGaming industry for a few short years, Rootz certainly seems to be making waves. The operator launched their first brand, Wildz Casino, in 2019. After being bolstered by the highly popular range of Microgaming software, the site quickly gained a firm fan base.
Following the success of Wildz in the online casino NZ and global markets, Rootz then went on to launch Caxino the following year, demonstrating just how committed they were to securing a place in the already crowded market. Once again, the brand quickly found success, fuelling the launch of the latest site; Wheelz.
No doubt, the presence of top of the range Microgaming content on the series of sites has gone a long way to attracting players. And it’s almost certain that it will do the same for Wheelz. But the new brand isn’t only backed by state-of-the-art software. Wheelz has selected David Hasselhoff as it’s mascot, adding an extra touch of celebrity pulling power to the mix.
Finding The Formula
Head of Partnerships at Microgaming, Neil Bancroft, was excited about expanding the partnership with Rootz. In a recent interview he expressed nothing but admiration for the operator, declaring that it was a company that had nailed the formula for success. He referred to the arrangement as a winning strategy, and stated that there was sure to be even greater success in the future.
Meanwhile, the CEO of Rootz, Lasse Antalya was equally as excited. He first confirmed that the software giant had been a big part of the achievements so far, with Wildz and Caxino having been nothing short of runaway successes. He then pointed out that there were now big expectations moving forward, but that he would do everything in his power to not only meet those expectations, but surpass them.
